Credentials matter, but they are not the whole picture. When we hire, we look for staff who are genuinely comfortable spending time with older adults — who find the work meaningful rather than just manageable. Our Residence Director brings fifteen years of community care experience in Hong Kong. Our programme leads hold qualifications in their craft and bring a natural warmth to how they share it.
All team members receive onboarding focused on communication and cultural sensitivity specific to Hong Kong's senior community. Staff speak Cantonese and English.

A Residence Where Your Voice Is Always Welcome
We believe that the best way to run a residential community is to listen to the people who actually live in it. Each month, we hold an open resident conversation where anyone can raise something — a request, a concern, a simple suggestion. Most of what improves at Bo Lin has come directly from those conversations.
Families are never kept at arm's length. If something feels off, or if a family member simply wants to understand their relative's daily experience better, the Residence Director is available and will make time.
What You Pay For
Straightforward Plans With Nothing Hidden
Senior living pricing in Hong Kong can be opaque. Extra charges appear for items that feel like they should be standard. At Bo Lin, we do not work that way. Each of our three plans is clearly described, and what is included in each one does not change from month to month without notice.
The full Residence and Lifestyle Plan at HK$3,720 per month covers housing, housekeeping, laundry, all meals and free access to every social and cultural activity we run. No supplement for joining a session; no charge for having a guest for lunch.
